FuturHealth - Billing and Refunds

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the following billing and return/refund policy applies to services administered by FuturHealth:
Billing Statement descriptor: Our products will be listed on banking and/or payment statements as FuturHealth (831) 900-4723. Certain services are provided by our registered partners who will bill for services directly and the descriptor will appear prior to check out and on your receipt. Descriptors are subject to change at any time.
Recurring Billing: If you elected automatic payments, fees will be automatically deducted from your selected account indefinitely in accordance with the terms of your selected plan(s) (“Plan”). CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR PLAN ANY TIME BY CALLING TOLL FREE, (831) 900-4723, AVAILABLE FROM 8 AM-8PM EASTERN EACH DAY; OR CHAT WITH US ON OUR SITE, FH.CO.
Plans with processed orders for meals, medications, supplements or scheduled medical and nutritional appointments are not eligible for refunds.
In the rare case that products are delayed or damaged, please contact Customer Service.
Discounted products or services are non-refundable due to upfront savings offered at the time of purchase. If you cancel your Plan after you begin receiving products or services you may incur fees for such products or services.
FuturHealth Plans are non-refundable for months in which medication orders, medical consultations and medical appointments have been scheduled or occurred. Products and services may be withheld if you have failed to make payment or your automatic payment is not successful.
Clinician Appointment Cancellation: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your medical appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate as many patients as possible and maintain the efficiency of our healthcare services, appointments canceled within seventy-two (72) hours of your appointment are non-refundable. To cancel and reschedule your appointment, please use the self-service features available from within the FuturHealth App. You may be eligible for a refund of fees paid for unused service and products if your medical provider changes your program.
In the event that your medical provider recommends a change that necessitates a change in your program, FuturHealth will refund the difference in programs should the Plan switch require a lower cost plan. In the event of a change in your program after your medical provider consultation, FuturHealth will cancel your existing plan and request authorization to switch you to the plan that aligns with your medical provider.
